I am a third-generation, full-time licensed REALTOR®, I have worked the last 15 years and continue as the Team Lead for Kortright Group in Goodyear, AZ (Spring Training home of the Cleveland Indians). I am anxious to get to work here in Ohio with my fellow Buckeyes! My wife, Amanda (Ricciardi) and I decided that we wanted to move back “home” and raise our 2 boys Joey & Johnny. We both grew up here as bitter rivals, I from Kent and her from Ravenna so we decided Rootstown was a great compromise and still in the RHS family :) I chose Assure Realty because I grew up living and working in the small-town atmosphere at the Wood-Kortright Funeral Homes. Assure Realty has the same clients’ first mindset, they give back to the community and have a strong reputation previously as Dillon Real Estate and continuing with Assure Realty. Now I look to combine my vast experience from Arizona, one of, if not the most competitive housing markets in the country, with my servant leadership mentality to elevate your expectations and more importantly the results of each and every one of your real estate transactions!
