Golf Outing to Benefit Goodyear, AZ Little League – TKO 5th Annual

Goodyear Little League 5th Annual TKO Golf Outing hosted by the 2012 Goodyear Little League Volunteer of the Year

The 5th Annual TKO Golf Outing to benefit the Goodyear, AZ Little League is this Sunday, January 27, 2013 at Coldwater Arizona Golf Club in Avondale, AZ. So far almost 50 golfers have signed up to play. Todd was a Goodyear Little League volunteer coach for the four years, and this golf outing gives him another avenue to help out by raising money for the little league. He plans on volunteer coaching again once Joey is old enough to play.

In 2012, Todd Kortright, a local Goodyear real estate agent and resident, was named the 2011 Goodyear Little League’s Volunteer of the Year for his efforts in raising money for the league and for originating and managing the golf outing each year.

We’ll post pictures after the event!

All proceeds benefit the Goodyear Little League’s Scholarship. The focus of Goodyear Little League Scholarships is to provide low income and high risk student athletes with a reason to participate in baseball/softball leagues. The last possible day to register your little players is January 31, 2013. You can find registration information for the Goodyear Little League on their website: Goodyear Little League Registration Information Website
