We found Todd through my sister and brother in-law, who used him for the purchase of their home. We were
renting for a year before our landlord decided he wanted to sell the house we were renting. We were given

My wife and I had to sell our house remotely as we had moved to California,
so communication was extremely important. We spent the first couple of months waffling with what was
supposed
to be a very good realtor. We had to fire her.
Our house had subsequently been on the market for a couple of months with little to no interest.
Once we switched over to Todd and the Kortright Group, things dynamically changed. He understood our
situation and stepped up coverage, he had open houses routinely, he had his finger on the market and knew
what we had to do to make our house more marketable. The simple idea of asking and receiving his
