Our listing agent / realtor, Todd Kortright, was involved in the sales process from day one. After we discussed our wishes and expectations with Todd, he did some research and came up with a suggested price point. After some discussion, Todd is a willing listener, we arrived at a satisfactory listing price. Todd spent time preparing the ad with proper language and photos. He even arranged for drone taken arial photos. Literally within hours of listing the property we had a couple of offers that were over the list price. The following day we had 5-6 more offers. Todd handled all the details with potential buyers’ realtors. We ultimately selected buyers from the first day. So we pretty much sold the property within the first 5 hours of listing it. Following the preparation of the purchase agreement and the inspection, we learned that we needed some minor roof repair and a new survey to satisfy the folks at the county tax map department. Todd jumped in and handled this as well, meeting both the roofer and surveyor at the house to assure prompt compliance with the necessary work. Additionally, Todd communicated with the buyers bank and appraiser to ensure a good result for us.
